Step into the embrace of the forest, let the autumn leaves gently caress your thoughts, and allow the forest to soothe your anxiety, bringing nature closer to you. We invite you to experience forest bathing at KFBG during weekends: open your senses, listen to the sounds of nature and find peace in the presence of trees. In this lush greenery, you will:
🌿 Feel the tranquillity of your spirit resonating with nature.
🌳 Discover surprising moments spent with the forest.
🍂 Learn to slow your breath and appreciate the subtle beauty.
Our guides will open this door for you, inviting you to step into the world of the forest: let the forest be our therapist – guiding, supporting and healing our bodies and minds. This is not just a natural exploration but a dialogue for the soul – in this forest, let your body and mind rest completely, find the rhythm of your breath, and feel the tranquillity of every moment. May this healing journey bring you a wonderful time of peace and comfort.
About Forest Therapy
Forest Therapy (Shinrin-yoku), also known as ‘forest bathing’ or ‘forest immersion walk’, is a process that allows us to return to nature and reconnect with ourselves. Originating in the 1980s from Japan's Forestry Agency, it encourages people living and working in large cities to take leisurely walks in nature to relax their minds and bodies. Recent studies have shown that forests are filled with phytoncides, negative ions and clean air, all of which help improve sleep quality, reduce stress and promote physical and mental health.
Since 2018, KFBG has been offering this unique experience, designed according to the standards set by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT). We have created a series of ‘forest invitations’, led by certified forest therapy guides, allowing participants to slowly open their senses and mindfully experience the surrounding environment. Here, we can not only take quiet walks and listen to the sounds of birds but also allow our spirits to find deep healing in nature's embrace.
Registration for your group is open year-round. Please click HERE for more details.
